Bestformation doesn’t sell « ready-made » standard solutions, but builds with you exactly what you need in a collaborative project mode.

Our project team includes key knowledge holders from you firm and experts from Bestformation to guarantee the best result.

In most cases, Bestformation team is composed of 4 people:

• senior project manager
• a learning expert
• a graphic designer
• a software engineer

The collaborative project team has 3 roles:

• Facilitation of access to information and key knowledge holders
• Production of technical content
• Validation of various elements to be integrated in the programme

Validation procedures guarantee the respect of following principles:

- Goals
At a first time, Bestformation helps its’ customer to formulate his needs and translate them in goals to reach. Those goals are validated by the colloborative project team

- Learning scenario and graphic environment.
Based on formulated goals, Bestformation writes a pedagogic scenario and proposes a graphic chart as close as possible to customers graphic identity. Those scenario and graphic chart are validated by the project team.

- Storyboard
Based on the previously validated scenario and graphic chart, Bestformation creates a storyboard for a more detailed validation.

- Static model
Static models are used to present to the customer final version of every page of the programme. They are validated step by step during several meetings of the project team.

- Development site
Portions of the programme are installed on the development site step by step, following the validation of the static model. The development site is only accessible to the customer and protected by password.

- Pilot
Before launch, a pilot version of the programme is tested by a group (usually between 10 and 20) of selected users. Following those users’ remarks, Bestformation writes a synthetic note to decide, together with the customer, on eventual modification to the programme.

- Final validation
At the end of the project, the totality of the programmes is installed on Bestformation’s web server on the customer’s Intranet and validated by all concerned decision makers.
